Entrepreneur and Communication Specialist
I am a creative communication specialist and a result-driven entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in hospitality and tourism. Authentic, transparent, and continuous two-way communication effort is the key to a successful conversation, achieving marketing campaign goals, or growing a business. The receiver is just as important as the transponder, as is the transmission process (listening!) and measuring results. Otherwise, communication and money are wasted in the ether.
Trail running has taught me a great deal about approaching any work project. Step by step onward and upward, understanding that the journey and who is along for the ride are as important as the summit. Challenges may arise like a surprise thunderstorm, a complex traverse, or a fellow runner's hurt knee. By doing the work, especially when it gets hard, and in keeping up knowledge and skills, no peak is insurmountable. Spectacular views and excellent results are the reward.
